Leadership

At D&D Sealants Inc., we are proud to introduce co-owners and skilled tradesmen, Daniel Izguerra and Douglas Messer. Together, we bring over 35 years of expertise, dedication, and commitment to delivering high-quality work in the caulking and construction industry.  We spent years working together under the guidance of Mike foley owner of MDF Sealants Inc, a respected leader in the industry. As Mike retires, he is playing a pivotal role in helping us establish D&D Sealants Inc. by providing mentorship, sharing his expertise and guiding us through the ins and outs of running a successful company.

  • Danny

    Co-Owner

    Danny brings 20 years of experience as a Local 21 Bricklayer to the team. His extensive skill set includes caulking, tuckpointing, brick replacement, patching, polyurethane and epoxy injection, and waterproofing. His deep expertise and commitment to quality craftsmanship make him a valuable asset on every project.

    Co-Owner

    Doug comes from a long line of tradesman as his late father and grandfather were both in the trade. Doug brings 15 years of experience as a Local 21 Tuckpointer/Caulker to the team. His expertise lies in, high elevation caulking using swing stages, bosun's chair, and boom lifts, delivering durable, high-quality results while keeping safety at the forefront.
